How quickly can you get to me?
We aim to respond the same day in most of Suffolk and Norfolk, and within 24 hours everywhere else in East Anglia. Wasp nests and active rodent problems are prioritised.
How much does pest control cost?
Rats and mice are treated with a 3-visit program at £150 (free 4th visit if activity persists). Wasp nests are £65. Bed bugs from £75 per room, fleas from £130. Full pricing is on our services page.
Are your treatments safe for children and pets?
Yes. We're RSPH and BPCA trained and select products and placements with families, pets and local wildlife in mind. We'll always explain what we've used and any short-term precautions.
Do you offer commercial pest control contracts?
Yes — for pubs, restaurants, holiday lets, farms, shops and offices across East Anglia. We provide written reports suitable for food-safety audits and landlord requirements.
Will your van and uniform be discreet?
Yes. We use unmarked vehicles and discreet uniforms — neighbours and customers don't need to know why we're there.
Do you guarantee your work?
Our standard rodent treatment is a 3-visit program with a free 4th visit if activity persists. We'll talk you through realistic expectations before any work starts.
What areas do you cover?
Suffolk and Norfolk — including Lowestoft, Beccles, Halesworth, Bungay, Norwich, Great Yarmouth, Diss, Bury St Edmunds, Ipswich and the surrounding villages.
Do I need to leave the property during treatment?
For most rodent, wasp and ant treatments — no. For some bed bug and flea treatments we'll ask you to keep pets and children out of treated rooms for a short period. We'll always explain on the day.
